Good Faith Estimate
Navigating the costs of mental health care can be challenging.
In accordance with the No Suprise Act, you are entitled to a Good Faith Estimate (GFE) that outlines the expected costs of services.

To help you make informed decisions, I provide a Good Faith Estimate of what you can expect to pay for services based on your individual needs. Please reach out if interested.

Under the law, health care providers are required to provide an estimate of costs for medical services to individuals who are either uninsured or not using insurance. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency services. Your health care provider must provide this estimate in writing at least one business day before you receive the service or item. You can also request a Good Faith Estimate from your provider or any other provider before scheduling a service or item. If you receive a bill that is $400 or more above the Good Faith Estimate, you have the right to dispute the charge. Be sure to keep a copy or photo of your Good Faith Estimate for your records.
